This role is responsible for guiding health systems through a structured onboarding process — from kickoff through go-live — ensuring alignment on data specifications, workplan execution, stakeholder coordination, and system configuration. This position serves as the primary implementation lead until go-live, at which point the client relationship transitions to an Account Manager for ongoing support and optimization.
