Requirements and responsibilities

End-to-end recruiting: resume screening, headhunting, interview coordination, hiring decisions. Build and maintain scalable onboarding systems and accountability frameworks. Manage multi-state payroll setup and employee lifecycle processes. Run weekly accountability systems (time tracking, task completion, deliverables). Monitor team satisfaction and plan engagement initiatives. Support performance management, promotions, and exits with leadership. Troubleshoot internal tech and workflow issues.
