RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication — you are the face of Kelson to our clients
• Run client meetings: set agendas, drive decisions, follow up on action items
• Build and maintain content calendars and marketing communication calendars in collaboration with each client
• Ensure clients feel informed, taken care of, and confident that their marketing is in good hands
Internal Project Management
• Translate client priorities into clear briefs and tasks for the internal production team
• Manage workflows across email, social media, website content, and product launch campaigns
• Own deadlines, approvals, and quality — nothing ships late or sloppy on your watch
• Identify bottlenecks early, solve problems without waiting for direction
Operations & Growth
• Help build and improve the systems and processes that make the agency run smoothly
• Bring ideas to the table — for how we serve clients better, how we work more efficiently, and where
