Requirements and responsibilities

Position –Senior Recruitment ConsultantBased – Midlands, DaventrySalary – 25-30KHours – 40 Hours per week 5 days out of 7, flexibility requiredKey Responsibilities / TasksDay to day management of all existing clients across the Midlands regionDay to day management of a live driver pool with numbers ranging up to 120 temporary workersDelivery of excellent Customer service both to internal and external clientsAchieve and increase performance across targeted KPI’sExcellent commercial understanding managing the client and temporary workforce in line with the company budgetAdhere to strict compliance and hold a full understanding of rules and regulations both in the recruitment sector and driver working time directiveArrange and maintain regular client meetings and reviews with a pro-active approach.Up-sell to gain growth with current client baseNo out of hours on-call other than supporting the teams in peak periods and various overtime shiftsKey Qualifications / ExperienceMin 2 + years experience in the driving sector recruitmentPrevious experience on managing a recruitment desk with large blue-chip clientsSelf-motivated, ambitious and target drivenKnowledge of drivers hours and regulationsExcellent communicator who can build strong relationships with a sense of humourAble to work in a high pressured environmentFull UK driving licenseTrue desire to be develop and offer growth within the companyWhat do we offer?Bonus structures monthly and quarterly opportunityJoining a large successful business with a great platformStarting with several current clients to work with immediatelyFast career progression and high level of autonomy offered
