Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Ecommerce Assistant to join our growing team. You will be the "engine room" of our online store, ensuring that our products look great, our inventory is accurate, and our customers have a seamless shopping experience from click to delivery. If you love the intersection of technology, organization, and customer happiness, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities: - Store Management: Upload and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, and pricing) on Shopify/TikTokshop and Marketplaces (Amazon/Mercado Libre). - Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels across all channels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts. - Order Coordination: Oversee the fulfillment process, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges. - Customer Excellence: Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and WhatsApp, providing fast and helpful solutions. - Content & SEO: Use AI tools to draft SEO-friendly product copy and assist in setting up email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo/Mailchimp). - Reporting: Assist in tracking weekly KPIs such as Conversion Rate, AOV, and top-selling products. Requirements & Skills: - Platform Experience: 1+ years of experience managing an ecommerce backend (Shopify preferred). - Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Slack, Trello/Asana, and basic Canva for image resizing. - AI-Forward: Familiarity with using generative AI (Gemini/ChatGPT) to streamline workflows. - Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both [Español] and [Inglés]. - Analytical Mindset: You don't just see numbers; you see trends. - Reliability: You are the person who double-checks every link and every price before hitting "Publish."
