About the roleWe’re looking for our next Multimedia Content Researcher to join the Content team in Latin America. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, selecting, managing, and organizing multimedia content to support the creation of high-quality educational materials across multiple formats, including videos, slides, documents, and interactive resources.About the jobCollaborate closely with scriptwriters, designers, illustrators, animators, and project managers to understand the requirements and goals of each content deliverable.Read, interpret, and analyze scripts to identify the most appropriate multimedia assets and, when necessary, suggest improvements to enhance clarity, accuracy, and educational value.Research and source a wide range of multimedia and written assets (photos, illustrations, videos, graphics, footage, written references, and other educational materials).Curate and select multimedia content based on its relevance, accuracy, quality, aesthetic criteria, and adherence to content requirements and standards.Edit and optimize multimedia content using both traditional tools (ex. Photoshop) and AI-powered models (ex. Flux) to meet technical requirements and ensure seamless integration into each deliverable.Ensure all selected assets comply with copyright, licensing, and attribution requirements, maintaining accurate documentation and records.Manage and continuously improve a centralized asset library, ensuring proper organization, labeling, traceability, and easy access for all production teams.Coordinate with external vendors, stock media libraries, and online resources to acquire necessary multimedia assets.Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, stock image banks, AI image generators, and multimedia asset marketplaces.Provide support and guidance to content designers and production teams regarding multimedia selection, usage, and best practices.Perform other duties as assigned.About you1+ year of experience in research, content creation, media production, or related fieldsExperience sourcing and curating multimedia assets (images, illustrations, video, written references) across stock libraries, online platforms, and AI image generators like Flux or Midjourney.Experience editing and optimizing assets in tools like Photoshop or similar. You know how to get an asset production-ready, not just find it.You can read a production script and immediately start thinking visually: identifying what's needed, what's missing, and how to make it better.You are a strong cross-functional communicator. You work fluidly with writers, designers, animators, and PMs, and you incorporate feedback without losing momentum.You adapt without losing focus: when priorities shift or requirements change mid-production, you adjust and keep moving.Resourceful problem-solver.
