Overview🚨 Prospects+ is hiring 2 Sr Tech Recruiters to help us scale fast — and reshape how AI and early-stage startups hire top talent.We’re not another recruiting shop — we’re a startup for startups, building talent engines the way founders build companies. Over the past few years, we’ve partnered with 40+ venture-backed startups across the U.S. and Canada, placing 200+ mission-critical hires — from founding engineers and AI talent to GTM leaders, operators, and execs. But we don’t just fill roles — we coach founders on their entire talent engine (comp, tools, interview flow) and act like we’re building their startup with them.Now it’s our turn to scale — again. 🚀 In Q1 + Q2 alone, we added 3 new team members.
