Relocation Assistance: No. Visa Sponsorship Eligibility: No. This is a full-time, on-site, in-office role, offering no remote or hybrid options, located in Bethlehem, PA, for a Skilled Trades Recruiter at Express Employment. As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process. This includes everything from client acquisition and relationship management to candidate sourcing, screening, and placement. You will work closely with skilled trades company departments to understand their unique hiring needs and deliver top-quality talent to fill their roles, such as Welders, Fabricators, Maintenance Mechanics, and CNC Machinists and more. You have the opportunity to build your niche. Your business development experience will be critical in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving new business, and growing our presence in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Business Development: - Identify and target potential companies to develop new business relationships. - Present our recruitment services to prospective clients and negotiate contracts. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment: - Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job openings. - Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. - Provide clients with well-vetted candidates who meet their specific needs. Process Management: - Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job order intake to candidate placement. - Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements, company culture, and hiring expectations. - Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process. Market Research: - Stay up-to-date with trends and developments within the industry. - Provide market insights to clients and help them stay competitive in attracting top talent. - Mine for top performers in both traditional and unexpected places. - Trade school events including, mock interviews, job coaching, and job fairs. - Recruit and interview qualified candidates and submit to appropriate client opportunities. - Build candidate and client relationships through extensive interaction and diligent follow-up. - Write job descriptions and post job ads. - Negotiate and present employment offers and initiate pre-employment process. - Employee relations. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Full Desk Recruiter 2.5+ years. - Strong business development skills with a track record of generating new business. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple clients and job orders simultaneously. - Familiarity with construction industry roles and terminology is highly preferred. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
