LocationLocation: Ratmalana, Sri Lanka (Candidates residing nearby are preferred)Employment TypeFull-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Executive Operational Excellence within the manufacturing domain. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process mapping, productivity analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with experienced supervisors and cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in understanding manufacturing processes and contribute to detailed process mapping under supervision.Support time studies to identify process elements and assist in analyzing current operational practices.Observe shift handover processes, collect data, and help identify productivity gaps.Learn and support the execution of method studies, work-study techniques, and line balancing activities.Assist in identifying implementation challenges and provide support to employees during new process introductions.Participate in identifying process inefficiencies and offer insights to support strategy development.Support the organization and facilitation of continuous improvement workshops such as Kaizen.Assist in tracking action plans and supporting improvement recommendations.Contribute to developing documentation including work instructions, SOPs, and training manuals under supervision.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering (NDT or equivalent) from a recognized university or institute.Over 3 years of experience in Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, or Process Improvement.Good verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles (Yellow Belt or higher preferred).Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and work-study concepts (an added advantage).Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Skills & AttributesStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team mindset.Analytical thinking with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and support continuous improvement efforts across teams.Ready to be a catalyst for operational excellence?Were InTalent Asia, Sri Lankas trusted recruitment partner, and were proud to present this exciting opportunity for a driven Executive Operational Excellence.If you're passionate about process improvement and manufacturing efficiency, this role will help you build a strong career foundation in operational excellence.Apply now and start your journey in transforming manufacturing performance!#InTalentAsia #OperationalExcellence #IndustrialEngineeringJobs #ProcessImprovement #ManufacturingCareers #JobVacancy #CareerOpportunity
