We specialize in deploying high-quality labor for structured cabling, low-voltage, construction, and light industrial projects. As we scale nationally, we’re looking for a bilingual HR & Compliance Coordinator who can help ensure we stay compliant and organized across state lines.Job SummaryAs our Bilingual HR & Compliance Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing onboarding processes, researching and organizing compliance requirements by state, and supporting our Spanish-speaking contractors. You’ll work directly with our operations and finance team to maintain smooth workflows and ensure every hire meets legal and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and maintain compliance requirements for labor laws in U.S. states (e.g., posters, classification, OSHA, onboarding forms)Manage onboarding paperwork (W-9, I-9, contractor agreements, per diem forms, insurance docs, etc.)Ensure proper classification of workers (W-2 vs 1099) based on state lawsSupport Spanish-speaking contractors during onboarding and check-insTrack worker documentation and ensure timely renewalsCommunicate with payroll and finance teams regarding per diem, hours worked, and compliance issuesAssist with maintaining digital records and updating internal compliance databasesRequirementsFluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or compliance (U.S. experience preferred)Familiarity with U.S. employment classifications, onboarding processes, and labor law basicsStrong organizational and administrative skillsExperience using tools like Google Workspace, DocuSign, Gusto, ADP, QuickBooks, Airtable (preferred but not required)Comfortable working remotely across time zones and handling sensitive documentation
