We operate across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and are entering our next phase of growth as we continue scaling the business.We are seeking a Vice President of Analytics & Data to build the strategy, infrastructure, and capabilities that will support Mars Men’s next phase of growth. This leader will partner closely with our Co-Founders and executive team to create a trusted view of business performance and enable faster, more informed decisions across the company.The role will oversee business intelligence, executive reporting, data infrastructure, governance, and advanced analytics across the business, while also guiding the responsible adoption of AI and strengthening data privacy, access, and cybersecurity practices.
