We’re looking for an energetic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals & other channelsScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviewsUnderstand job requirements and identify suitable profilesCoordinate interviews with candidates and clients/hiring managersManage candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring processMaintain candidate databases and recruitment trackersHandle multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closuresAchieve individual recruitment targets and build a strong candidate pipelineWhat We’re Looking ForExperience: 1–4 years in recruitment/talent acquisition for Sales & IT profileGraduate in any disciplineStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood sourcing and candidate-screening abilitiesExperience with recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedInStrong follow-up, coordination and negotiation skillsTarget-oriented and self-motivated approach
