To act as SME for SuccessFactors solution to any customer.Coordinate with SAP HR ECC Consultants for integration requirements.To lead SuccessFactors track for any implementation, integration, or support processes.To facilitate and completely own the solution for the implementation and support of SuccessFactors’ processes to enhance the client’s business.Suggest solutions to customers based on best business practices so that the customer gets business benefits by following standard processes.Assist in the development of business process descriptions.Conduct implementation and training workshops; this is particularly required for SuccessFactors Power users and then provide guidance for end-user training.Provide guidance on end-user documentation.Provide guidance on test plans, including how to test SuccessFactors functionality for the required business processes and ensure all scenarios are covered.Conduct unit tests based on customer-defined scenarios.Provide functional specifications to the technical team for any customized developments.Mandatory skillsSuccessFactor PM & GM, LMS, EC, EC Payroll, Time-off, Success Planning, Onboarding, Recruitment, Compensation & Variable Pay, Integration with On premise SAP solutionDesired skillsSuccessFactor PMGM, LMS and compensationDomain (Industry): SAP.
