For our client, an iconic tech company known for its innovative products and design, we are looking for a skilled Italian Post-Editor to join us on some exciting upcoming projects for a prestigious global technology brand.As part of our network of freelancers, you will be involved in supporting the development of AI technologies and delivering high-quality marketing copy and product descriptions for our client.Key Responsibilities:Perform post-editing on high-volume machine-translated marketing content using advanced ML tools.Ensure the copy is accurate, grammatically correct, clear, and culturally appropriate.Collaborate with a creative team to maintain consistency with established style, tone, and terminology.Support quality control by identifying recurring errors and providing structured feedback.Complete brief feedback forms and occasional project ratings to help improve MT engine performance.Key Qualifications:3+ years of experience in post-editing, translation, or technical writing, either Agency or Client side.Solid background with post-editing tasks.Knowledge of MT systems and MT output quality evaluation is idealItalian native-speaker + proficiency in English.Experience with translating marketing copy while maintaining brand voice and messaging.Knowledge of technical writing principles and ability to translate complex technical language into easy-to-understand copy.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide constructive feedback.Nice to have - competency with Mac programs.What to Expect During the Selection ProcessAs part of the recruitment process, all applicants will be asked to sign an NDA before moving forward.
