Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, customize, and enhance Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions based on business and technical requirements.Develop and support integrations between PolicyCenter and internal systems, third-party applications, and related Guidewire platforms.Provide production support for PolicyCenter applications, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, root cause identification, issue resolution, and follow-through.Evaluate application defects and operational issues, implement effective corrective actions, and help prevent recurring incidents.Collaborate with business analysts, quality assurance teams, architects, product owners, and other developers to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions.Participate in solution design, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.Apply Guidewire development standards, design patterns, and best practices to promote scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, integrations, enhancements, and support procedures.Support continuous improvement efforts related to application performance, stability, delivery quality, and development processes.Required QualificationsMinimum of 8 years of hands-on development experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.Strong experience with PolicyCenter configuration, integrations, customizations, and application enhancements.Proven experience providing production support for PolicyCenter applications, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Strong understanding of Guidewire development best practices, technical standards, and solution design principles.Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and production support.Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions in a timely manner.Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.Ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced enterprise environmentPlease reach out to - aakash.sharma@cognowiz.com
