With 100+ AI and custom software experts across engineering hubs in Lithuania and Poland, we embed ourselves directly into client operations — delivering custom software, automation, and AI where they drive the most value.We are seeking for a Senior Business Analyst for our client from the banking sector.DescriptionSupported BCBS239-compliant data governance, documentation, and regulatory reporting initiatives related to securitisation.Documented end-to-end data lineage and data governance processes to ensure regulatory compliance.Executed and supported User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test automation activities.Analyzed and mapped business requirements to data and reporting solutions.Reviewed and validated data requirements, ensuring completeness and alignment with business needs.Provided support for data products, resolving data-related issues and enhancing data usability.Collaborated with Treasury, Product Owners, Business Intelligence, and IT teams to define accurate source-to-target mappings.Implemented and monitored data quality controls to improve data accuracy and consistency.RequirementsBanking and regulatory reporting knowledge (COREP, ESMA securitisation reporting)Strong understanding of securitisation reporting structuresSQL proficiencyExperience working with DWVault and BDS queriesSource-to-target data mappingData quality testing and validationData reconciliationData governance and data lineage documentationBusiness process documentationBPMN 2.0Data dictionaries and glossary managementLineage diagram creation and maintenanceBusiness requirements analysis and mappingUAT planning, execution, and documentationStakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationExperience documenting data models, reporting architecture, and data flowsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFluent English (spoken and written)Nice to Have Skills:AWS experienceData Mesh familiarityTest automation scriptingExperience with BCBS239 data governance frameworksBenefitsDiverse and technically challenging projects.Flexible working hours and a hybrid or remote workplace model.Flexible schedule and an Agile/SCRUM environment.Technical equipment that you can choose.
