This role will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our product(s), including strategy, roadmap, feature definition, and execution. Your role will serve as the bridge between our behavioral health and/or absence management operations, sales, customer success, and technology teams, ensuring that we deliver best-in-class solutions that meet user needs and drive business outcomes. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
