We are looking for a Bilingual Logistics Operations Specialist with solid, proven experience in the United States logistics market and hands-on operational execution. This role is responsible for daily critical logistics workflows, including issuing shipping guides for door-to-door services to Miami, processing international Bills of Lading, and ensuring seamless communication with international partners in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities: - Create, cut, and validate shipping guides and waybills for door-to-door (DDP/DDU) consolidation and shipping services destined for Miami. - Process, review, and issue international Bills of Lading (BOL), commercial invoices, packing lists, and standard customs documentation required for cross-border freight. - Track and trace domestic and international shipments (FTL/LTL and air freight) within the United States, ensuring compliance with transit schedules and local regulations. - Proactively resolve operational incidents (delays, weight/dimension discrepancies, documentation errors) while maintaining clear communication with carriers and agents at origin and destination. - Keep TMS or internal ERP systems updated with real-time shipment milestones and generate operational control reports. Technical Skills: - Demonstrated experience cutting and generating shipping guides for door-to-door models into Miami. - Practical expertise in creating and processing international Bills of Lading (BOL). - Familiarity with US freight transportation documentation and standards. Soft Skills: - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to work under pressure. - Analytical problem-solving. - Clear communication.
