We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Developers to join our growing delivery team. This is a hands-on technical role focused on enhancing ServiceNow SPM capabilities to support enterprise transformation programmes, improving project visibility and resource management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow SPM solutions.Support Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, and Investment Management processes.Configure workflows, forms, business rules, reports, dashboards, and automations within ServiceNow.Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.Perform configuration, development, testing, and deployment activities.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience developing and configuring ServiceNow SPM solutions.Strong understanding of Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, and Investment Management.Experience in building workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards within ServiceNow.Ability to gather technical requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.
