Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities: - Identify ideal prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and other prospecting tools. - Build targeted prospect lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). - Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns. - Start conversations with prospects and qualify their interest. - Follow up consistently until a response is received. - Book meetings for our Founder/Sales team. - Maintain accurate CRM records and outreach activity. - Continuously improve messaging based on campaign performance. Required Skills: - Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory). - 2+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Appointment Setter selling B2B services or SaaS. - Experience selling to US-based companies. - Strong LinkedIn prospecting skills. - Experience with cold email outreach. - Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to personalize outreach. - Self-motivated and able to work independently. - Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
