Partner closely with executive stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities, design enterprise-grade AI solutions, and guide successful implementation and adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Advisory & Executive EngagementServe as a senior, client-facing leader and trusted advisor to C-level and senior stakeholdersTranslate business objectives into clear AI strategies, roadmaps, and solution approachesLead executive workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements analysis to define high-value use casesBuild deep, long-term client relationships grounded in trust, value, and measurable outcomesPre-Sales & Solution ArchitectureLead end-to-end solutioning efforts across pre-sales and early delivery phasesDrive structured requirements analysis, translating business needs into scalable technical architecturesDesign and architect tailored, enterprise-grade AI solutions aligned to client goals, industry context, and constraintsPartner on proposals, statements of work, and solution positioningLead demos, proofs of concept (PoCs), and technical deep dives to accelerate decision-makingIdentify expansion opportunities and help shape new offerings and go-to-market strategiesSolution Architecture & Technical LeadershipOwn the architecture vision across client engagements, ensuring alignment from concept through implementationDesign enterprise-grade generative AI solutions across cloud platformsBuild and prototype solutions leveraging tools such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Cohere, Copilot, and emerging frameworksLead architecture across LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, vector databases, APIs, and AI gatewaysEnsure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, governance, and complianceProvide hands-on technical guidance and architectural oversight to engineering teamsEngagement Leadership & Delivery OversightAct as the engagement lead, ensuring alignment across client stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadershipGuide delivery teams through implementation while maintaining architectural integrity and business alignmentEstablish high-level governance, milestones, and success metricsSupport successful operationalization, adoption, and value realizationEnsure client outcomes are achieved without owning day-to-day delivery executionInnovation & Thought LeadershipStay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving AI landscape and bring forward new capabilitiesContribute to internal IP, frameworks, and repeatable solutionsMentor and elevate internal teams on AI strategy, architecture, and delivery best practicesRepresent AITP as a thought leader in client engagements and industry conversationsQualificationsMust-have10–15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, consulting, or solution architecture rolesExpert-level usage of generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and others.Proven experience designing and building AI solutions, including PoCs, MVPs, and production systemsStrong background in enterprise architecture, including cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), security, networking, and integration patternsDemonstrated success in client-facing roles with ownership of both pre-sales and deliveryExperience translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutionsExperience with RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, and LLMOps/MLOps practicesExceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersNice to haveExperience in AI transformation within enterprise or highly regulated industriesBackground in consulting or building practices within a startup or high-growth environmentFamiliarity with agentic systems, orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen), and emerging AI patternsExperience working with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow or similar ecosystemsTechnical certifications in cloud or AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)Describe the desired experience and attributes of the ideal candidateLocationRemote, US-based candidates preferred.
