Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting large-scale healthcare transformation initiatives.This individual will provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle while partnering closely with business, product, architecture, security, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.The ideal candidate combines strong technical leadership with a collaborative approach, balancing hands-on solution architecture with the ability to mentor development teams and guide enterprise technology decisions.Must Haves:10+ years of Salesforce experience leading enterprise-scale implementations and delivery teams.Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud; Data Cloud experience is also strongly preferred.Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred (PD II, Architect, Agentforce Specialist).Experience supporting healthcare or health insurance organizations.Strong hands-on expertise with: Apex, SOQL/SOSLLightning Web Components (LWC)Salesforce Flow and Platform AutomationService Cloud and Health CloudREST APIs and Salesforce integrationsFHIR/HL7 integrations, event-driven architecture (Kafka)Data Cloud experience preferredExperience building Agentforce solutions and AI-powered agents.Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools (Git, AutoRABIT/Copado, Salesforce CLI).Strong healthcare payer/provider domain knowledge, including claims, case management, or workflow automation.Experience leading Agile/SAFe teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.Nice to Haves:Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation initiatives.Familiarity with AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities and modern platform innovations.Experience working within Agile delivery environments and collaborating across multiple technology organizations.
