This role is responsible for workflow management, quality control, team development, and collaboration with attorneys, finance, and operations to maximize client satisfaction and firm profitability.What You Will OwnSupervise daily settlement operations and manage team workloadsEnsure settlement packets, disbursements, liens, and closing statements are accurate and timelyMonitor case progression from resolution through final payoutEnforce compliance with firm policies, regulatory standards, and ethical requirementsServe as escalation point for complex settlement issuesCoach, train, and develop settlement staff through performance management and mentoringTrack KPIs and productivity metrics; report trends and improvement opportunities to leadershipPartner with attorneys, finance, and leadership to optimize settlement processesMaintain quality assurance standards and conduct regular audits of filesWhat You BringRequired:3–5+ years of experience in legal settlements, personal injury, or litigation supportPrior supervisory or team lead experience preferredStrong knowledge of lien resolution, settlement statements, and case fundingExcellent organizational, leadership, and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in case management and financial systemsStrong communication skills—written and verbalAbility to think critically, prioritize effectively, and execute with speedPreferred (Nice to Have):Experience in a fast-growing or high-volume environmentComfort with ambiguity and evolving systemsExperience in legal, professional services, or client-centric organizationsWho Thrives Here (Core Values)We don't hire on resumes alone.
