With its own threat research center, SonicWall can quickly and economically provide purpose-built security solutions to enable any organization—enterprise, government agencies and SMBs—around the world.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain SonicWall’s backend and cloud-based productsStrong sense of ownership of production softwareWillingness to work in cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative, cross-time-zone work environmentRequirements:Solid computer science fundamentals in areas such as data structures and algorithmsStrong programming experience in Java, servlets, and related technologiesExperience in database programmingExperience working on cloud-based productsExperience working on high transaction volume production systems is a plusHands-on experience in using AI-based coding tools, such as Claude Code for development and problem solvingExperience working on Linux systems, with exposure to shell programmingStrong sense of product ownership, analytical skills, and attention to detailEducation and Experience:At least 7 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5 years with a master’s degreeDegree in Computer Science or Computer EngineeringEqual opportunity employerSonicWall is an equal opportunity employer.
