Responsibilities include:Scheduling and conducting virtual or in-person appointments with members who have requested informationExplaining available coverage options in a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand wayHelping families identify plans that fit their needsBuilding trust through strong communication, follow-up, and ongoing supportMaintaining accurate records and completing required documentationTaking part in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership developmentWorking with a supportive team focused on integrity, growth, and resultsThis opportunity allows you to build valuable skills in communication, leadership, client service, and business development while creating long-term career growth.QualificationsWe’re looking for individuals who are coachable, motivated, and ready to grow.
