Performance-based bonuses may be available after several months based on results.About the RoleWe are looking for someone who can build and manage a low-cost outbound sales team focused on generating appointments with local US homeowners.This role is responsible for the entire outbound process, including hiring agents, training them, sourcing homeowner data, creating outreach processes, managing performance, and improving results.You will not be the primary caller.
