Our mission is to revolutionize banking tech infrastructure by leading digital transformation at financial institutions — big and small.We are looking to add a Senior Account Executive to our growing team who wants to be part of the excitement as we continue to scale.At Bankjoy, we partner with community banks and credit unions to deliver modern digital banking solutions that help them attract new accounts, deepen relationships, and grow deposits. Our platform enables financial institutions to compete with large banks by delivering secure, intuitive, and fully integrated digital experiences.In this role, you willOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including outbound outreach, discovery, tailored demonstrations, scoping, pricing, contract negotiation, and successful handoff to implementationBuild and execute a strategic territory plan to consistently achieve and exceed sales quota targets within our ideal customer profile (community banks and credit unions)Generate net-new pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting and relationship-building effortsEffectively position Bankjoy’s digital banking platform and solutions against competitors in active opportunitiesNavigate complex buying processes and engage key stakeholders, including executive leadership and technical decision-makersCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to develop winning strategies for prospective clientsUnderstand each prospect’s business goals and position Bankjoy’s solutions as a strategic driver of growth, engagement, and operational efficiencyTravel to client and prospect locations to deliver presentations, build relationships, and support deal progressionRepresent Bankjoy at national and regional conferences, industry events, and trade shows to build pipeline and strengthen brand awarenessWhat you bring5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive or similar quota-carrying roleDemonstrated success selling enterprise SaaS solutions, ideally within fintech, digital banking, or financial services technologyProven track record of managing pipeline and closing complex, high-value enterprise contractsStrong negotiation, forecasting, and deal management skillsExperience navigating mid-market and enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholdersAbility to build relationships quickly with senior leaders and executive decision-makersExcellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior management and C-level executivesStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the sales cycleExperience selling to financial institutions (banks, credit unions, fintech) strongly preferredBachelor’s degree preferredWillingness and ability to travel as needed🎁 What You GetA fast-paced and collaborative environmentCompetitive compensationStock options at a well-funded startupWe cover 100% of medical, dental, and vision premiums for individuals on our base plan, with significant contributions toward all other plan options (USA)We cover 100% of extended medical, dental, and vision premiums for you and your family under our single, comprehensive plan (Canada)Retirement plan with 4% company matching8 weeks paid parental leave for birthing parents, 4 weeks for non-birthing3-5 weeks PTO depending on tenure5 health days15 holidaysEnd of year shutdownPerformance-based bonusesRemote first culture⚖️ Equal Employment Opportunities at BankjoyBankjoy is committed to hiring talented and qualified individuals with diverse backgrounds for all of its tech, non-tech, and leadership roles.
