I’m supporting a fast-growing Chinese new energy company in hiring a Recruiting HR based in Germany, fully remote work available.This role will own full-cycle recruiting for the European energy storage business and help build localized HR capabilities in Germany / Europe.Key FocusLead end-to-end recruiting for core roles in European energy storage: sales, solutions, after-sales, project managementBuild talent maps for the German / European new energy / energy storage industry, covering battery, power electronics, system integrationOptimize recruiting processes for German / European market; run LinkedIn, Xing and local recruiting channelsSupport localized HR system setup with HQ: German labor contract compliance, onboarding, employee relationsDrive employer branding in German / European new energy circles via industry events, salons, campus activitiesWhat we’re looking for3-6 years full-time HR experience, minimum 2+ years strong recruiting experienceSolid track record of mid-to-senior level recruitment deliveryNew energy / energy storage / battery / clean tech industry HR recruiting experience strongly preferredDeep understanding of German / European mainstream recruiting channels and talent sourcing methodsFamiliar with German / European labor law, social security system and local employment complianceMandarin Chinese and German language capability required; English capability would be a plusStrong cross-functional communication, results-oriented mindset and ability to drive recruiting projects independently in a fast-growing startup environmentPackageEUR 3,500 – 5,000 per monthFully remote work availableIf you’re based in Germany and interested in HR / recruiting roles in the fast-growing energy storage industry, feel free to reach out for a confidential discussion.
