Key Account & Client Relationship Management: - Develop and manage strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and high-value clients. - Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure clear communication, exceptional customer satisfaction, and sustained revenue growth. - Proactively engage with patients and prospective clients, guiding them through the decision-making process and closing sales. Sales Pipeline & Opportunity Management: - Own and actively manage the daily sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead follow-up, accurate forecasting, and efficient movement of prospects through each stage of the sales funnel. - Identify bottlenecks early and take corrective action to maintain momentum. Revenue Growth & Target Achievement: - Drive consistent revenue growth by meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. - Monitor performance against goals and adjust sales strategies, tactics, and priorities as needed to align with company objectives. Team Leadership & Development: - Lead by example in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Build, mentor, and train junior sales and customer service team members, providing coaching, feedback, and support to help them achieve individual and team goals. Sales Strategy & Execution: - Oversee and execute the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing. - Identify new sales opportunities, maximize conversion rates, and ensure sales activities are aligned with overall business strategy. Client Communication & Negotiation: - Leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand client needs, handle objections, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals. - Ensure client expectations are managed effectively throughout the sales process. CRM, AI & Sales Tools Management: - Utilize CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and AI-enabled sales tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and support data-driven decision-making. Data Analysis & Performance Reporting: - Analyze sales performance, pipeline metrics, and key KPIs. - Prepare regular reports and insights to evaluate results, identify trends, and inform strategic improvements. Sales Process Optimization: - Continuously assess and improve sales processes, workflows, and tools to increase efficiency, scalability, and overall sales effectiveness.
