Requirements and responsibilities


We're a fast-moving product company in the functional consumables and alternative wellness space (RebelX Brands LLC). We sell B2B across multiple lanes: wholesale distribution to retailers and channel partnerships. We have existing sales reps. We need a Sales Manager who can lead them, sharpen their output, and still carry their own pipeline. This is not a strategy-only hire. You will be on the phone, in the inbox, and closing deals alongside the team. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Lead the existing sales team: set targets, run pipeline reviews, coach reps on calls and copy, hold the standard - Hunt your own book: outbound prospecting via phone, email, and text - Own multi-lane outreach: sell across product wholesale accounts and service/partnership conversations - Drive AI into the workflow: you use AI tools actively (outreach, research, objection handling, call review, CRM automation). Not aspirationally. Right now. - Shape the CRM: advise on pipeline stages, field structure, automation logic, reporting views - Report with clarity: weekly pipeline snapshots, conversion metrics REQUIREMENTS (non-negotiable): - Proven B2B outbound sales experience via phone, email, and text. You've held a quota and hit it. - Experience managing or leading other salespeople. Real accountability, real results from your team. - Fluency with AI sales tools. You can name which tools you use, why, and what they've done to your numbers. - CRM experience with enough depth to speak to workflow design, not just data entry. - Clear, direct communicator in writing and on calls. STRONG ADVANTAGE: - Experience in CPG, wholesale, smoke shop/distributor channels, or alternative wellness - Experience advising on or building a CRM from scratch - Background in multi-product or multi-lane sales environments - Track record of hiring or building a sales team
