TDS Global Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President (VP) to Senior Vice President (SVP) of Healthcare (HC) Client Services to lead and grow our clients' healthcare client service operations. Our client is a global customer experience consulting service provider disrupting the industry with solutions that enable businesses to scale globally while achieving top customer satisfaction. They are focused on the industries of Travel & Hospitality, Logistics, Insurance, Healthcare, Financial Services, and other Tech Businesses.The VP to SVP HC Client Services will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operational excellence, and client satisfaction for all healthcare accounts.
