Are you a highly skilled HubSpot Virtual Assistant looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a HubSpot-certified/proficient VA to help manage and optimize our client’s HubSpot operations. This long-term role is perfect for someone who loves launching campaigns, tracking results, managing workflows, and supporting customer care processes. You’ll be responsible for managing email campaigns, follow-ups, newsletters, and customer engagement while assisting the client with operational tasks.Disclaimer: This is a general overview of the position. Specific tasks and tools will be discussed in detail during the final interview.Key Responsibilities:Launch and manage HubSpot email campaigns, monitoring clicks, opens, and engagement.Make follow-up calls using client-provided scripts and cadences.Manage the monthly newsletter: populate templates with relevant content and updates.Assist with appointment setting, following up from lead nurturing sequences.Make occasional cold/warm calls following up on email campaigns.Answer and log incoming calls using the client’s phone system (up to 4 devices); typically 5–10 calls per day.Check and filter emails, bringing urgent items to the client’s attention.Familiarity with HubSpot CMS Hub to assist with website-related updates or tasks.Qualifications:HubSpot certified or highly proficient in HubSpot (Marketing Hub, CRM, CMS Hub).Experience managing email campaigns, analyzing engagement, and optimizing follow-up sequences.Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette, voicemail, and email communication.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.Excellent communication skills in English.Technical Requirements:Headset: USB headset with noise cancellationWebcam: Working webcamComputers: Primary and backup computer with at least i5 to i7 processor and 8GB RAMInternet: Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps wired connection; backup internet speed of at least 10 MbpsPerks and Benefits:Job security and stabilityExceptionally supportive teamOpportunities for career growthFun work environmentSchedule:Full-Time and/or Part-Time (PST, MST, EST, or CST)Location:This is a remote positionOnly qualified candidates will be processed and invited to take the assessment and schedule initial and final interviews.Please make sure you apply for the right job based on your experience.
