This role ensures that the organization operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies, and promotes a culture of compliance across the business. We view compliance as a strategic function that leverages regulatory requirements to drive efficient operations, consistent execution, and long-term scalability. The ideal candidate brings a strong command of consumer-facing regulatory frameworks and a demonstrated ability to stand up practical solutions quickly and iterate. The candidate should be comfortable leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to improve processes, and drive efficiency to support a high-performing legal and compliance function.
