We connect global enterprise clients with elite engineering talent, focusing on fully remote opportunities across international markets. The Role: We are seeking a highly articulate, professional, and completely bilingual Job Caller / Interview Specialist to represent our technical talent during client meetings and technical interviews. In this critical, client-facing role, you will step in once a meeting is scheduled, review the specific job description and developer profile provided, and successfully navigate the interview process to secure the position. Key Responsibilities: Attend scheduled remote client meetings, discovery calls, and interviews on behalf of our agency's developers. Fluently switch between English and Spanish depending on the client’s preference and geographic location. Present technical profiles professionally, answering client queries regarding project experience, availability, and skills based on the documentation provided to you. Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidence, and clear communication throughout the hiring pipeline. Required Skills & Qualifications: Absolute Bilingual Fluency: Must speak, read, and write English and Spanish at a native or near-native level with an excellent professional vocabulary. Interview or Sales Experience: Proven experience handling corporate interviews, client-facing meetings, or high-level technical presentations. Tech Literacy: A solid understanding of IT and software development concepts to confidently discuss developer profiles (training on specific profiles will be provided). Professional Presence: Excellent communication skills, active listening, and the ability to think quickly under pressure during live video calls. Compensation & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $30.00 to $60.00 USD per hour (negotiable based on your depth of experience and interview success rate). Location: 100% Fully Remote (Work from Home). Support: Full brief provided before every single meeting (including the specific job description, meeting link, and developer profile).
