Our content has generated 600M+ views organically across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. No paid ads.We are scaling one of our football channels and need a full-time editor who can finish daily content alongside our animators. Our animators deliver the animation. The edit, sound, and pacing are yours to own.What we look for:Full-time availability.Strong short-form editing instincts. You know what makes Reels, TikToks, and Shorts hit. Pacing, beat drops, sound layering, comedic timing.Sound design and music selection. You build the audio around an animation. SFX, foley, trending sounds, original music.Meme fluency. You know which sounds are trending. You know which formats are about to break. You spot a moment and edit to match.Fast turnaround. We post daily. You move at social speed without losing quality.High agency and autonomy. You receive an animation and a brief, you make decisions, you ship.Self-sufficient.
