This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative individual eager to learn the fundamentals of marketing within the A/E/C industry.As part of a leading consulting firm serving transportation, water, land development, and government clients, the Marketing Intern will contribute to marketing efforts that support projects shaping communities throughout the Western United States. This role offers a unique chance to build practical skills while building a strong foundation for a future career in marketing.ResponsibilitiesFormat resumes and project descriptions in Adobe InDesign to align with firm standardsEdit professional headshots and images in Adobe PhotoshopEnter and update project, resume, and client data in Deltek VantagepointOrganize and maintain marketing assets and files across Teams, OpenAsset, and BoxAssist with basic graphics, presentations, and marketing and communications collateralWork collaboratively with marketing staff and attend team meetingsAssist with other projects and assignments, as neededRequirementsPursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or English Degree or related field.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).Familiarity with MS365 Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong attention to detail and organization.Ability to work well with others and take direction and feedback.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured, team-oriented environment.Physical Demands: Mostly a sedentary position, normal bending, stooping and lifting required.
