We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot OCM (Organizational Change Management) Lead to drive enterprise-wide user adoption, business transformation, and change management initiatives for Microsoft 365 Copilot implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for Microsoft 365 Copilot deploymentsDevelop communication plans, training strategies, and user adoption programsConduct stakeholder engagement sessions and executive-level presentationsDrive change readiness assessments and adoption tracking metricsCollaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful rolloutCreate training materials, enablement guides, and user documentationMonitor adoption KPIs and continuously improve user engagementSupport enterprise AI transformation and digital workplace initiativesRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot implementation and adoptionExpertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM)Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Suite including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and VivaKnowledge of Generative AI and AI-driven productivity solutionsExperience in user adoption strategies, training programs, and communication planningStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsExperience conducting change impact assessments and readiness planningFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and digital transformation initiativesExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesPreferred QualificationsMicrosoft Certifications related to Microsoft 365, Copilot, or Change ManagementExperience with enterprise-level digital transformation projectsStrong consulting and client-facing experience
