Requirements and responsibilities


We are seeking experienced PMQA Complaint Analysts to support retrospective complaint reviews and remediation activities within the Post Market Quality Assurance (PMQA) team.Key Responsibilities:Conduct retrospective review of complaint records per established protocols.Assess complaint failure modes and escalate Potential Adverse Events (PAEs) as required.Ensure investigations, documentation, and complaint closures are compliant and timely.Support FDA CAPA activities and remediation efforts.Collaborate with PMQA leads and cross-functional teams.Requirements:Experience in Complaint Handling, PMQA, or Post Market Surveillance.Knowledge of FDA regulations and quality systems.Strong documentation and analytical skills.📩 Interested candidates can send their updated resume to kiran@compleatts.com.
