This position requires high attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency. We need team members with integrity and dependability. This position handles extremely sensitive information, and an ethical disposition is required.How our Drug Screening Specialist spends their time:Monitor and process all drug screen orders that clients place;Monitor, accurately interpret, and complete results in the client’s files;Provide our clients with Occupational Health Document(s);Understand and apply guidelines in search criteria; Contact vendors to obtain information as needed;Conduct quality assurance on files that are open past a reasonable time;Interpret drug screen results for internal departments upon request;Analyze data appropriately while following strictly regulated compliance procedures and quality standards;Follow policies, procedures, and assigned workflows set by the Product Operations Manager;Learn and retain complex information, and apply it to specific job situations; Meet team productivity and accuracy standards;Interfacing with clients/applicants as needed;Performs other duties as needed.What you bring:Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance;Ability to multitask, problem-solve, quickly adapt, and be process-oriented with high attention to detail;Encourage a direct and positive relationship between the community and the company.Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment;Able to quickly learn new software and systems;You are a natural problem solver and are focused on creating solutions;You can adapt quickly to a changing environment;You work well independently but understand the importance of teamwork;Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively facilitate and adjust communication styles to the audience.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required.
