The mandate of the Field Supervisor is simple but challenging: assist our Operations Manager with the day-to-day operations throughout the market and ensure our patients have the best experience possible. The Field Supervisor oversees the quality of a territory of patient operations and is responsible for ensuring that every Getlabs experience meets and exceeds the patient's expectations. We are looking for a strategic planner and a disciplined worker who thrives in a team environment but can also work independently.
