The Senior Strategist, Lifecycle Marketing provides lifecycle marketing strategy services to support the growth and retention performance of enterprise and high-growth direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce clients.This engagement focuses on developing lifecycle marketing strategies and advising on retention programs across channels including email, SMS, segmentation, experimentation, loyalty programs, and related retention marketing tools.
