• Work directly with the global P&C Team, Subject Matter Experts, and Stakeholders to recommend, design, and launch Workday upgrades and enhancements • Have a deep and nuanced understanding of how system configuration impacts processes inside and outside of Workday, especially related to Payroll, HR, Benefits, and Recruiting functions • Manage the Workday Job Architecture design process including in-depth involvement with Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation configuration • Lead/project manage Workday Core HCM improvements and change management • Partner with Benefits for Ben Admin impacts related to HCM updates, Time-Off and Leave, Security and other Workday configuration support • Support activities surrounding Workday data integrity and compliance • Maintain job code tables, EIB uploads, ad-hoc reporting/analysis, administration of compensation plans, bonus programs, sales commissions plans, and equity plans
