Requirements and responsibilities


• Be a champion and voice for our customers • Have a deep knowledge and understanding for native app design patterns and best practices • Support on web optimizations and features as needed • Apply conceptual thinking and creativity to complex design problems from conception to production for native app and site • Create user-centered designs that drive business metrics (ex. conversion rate, engagement, NPS) • Create low-fidelity prototypes followed by high-fidelity prototypes, demonstrating first functional thinking and then visual communication • Unite with other design and creative partners to deliver designs that demonstrate brand consistency across all platforms and devices • Thoughtfully and professionally communicate your design solutions and rationale both with your peers as well as cross-functionally team members in a collaborative and personable way • Facilitate alignment with stakeholders across the org and all levels of leadership • Bring positive energy and freshness to your daily collaboration with the product, tech and marketing teams to execute digital projects across all platforms • Manage and track asset handoff and production process for all designs • Mentor other designers on the team to promote a culture of design excellence • Recruit, manage and mentor junior design talent as the team grows.
