⚠️ The base salary is $1.200.000 COP, plus transportation and housing assistance. ⚡ US Visa is required. As an operations coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be part of our Kiwibot U Startup program for a 4 to 6 months international program that seeks to empower young Colombian talent and allow them to have their first work experience in a tech startup. You will get to know Kiwibot inside out and experience the natural tech startup environment through intensive training and exposure. The program is a theoretical-practical (20/80) experience in which you will understand the primary traits needed to thrive in a fast-paced startup like Kiwibot. The program has the following stages: ✅ Introduction to Kiwibot and training (1-3 weeks) ✅ On-field intensive training (15-20 weeks) ✅ Experience debriefing (1-3 weeks) ✅ time off (according to Colombian labor law) The duration of each section is an estimate and can change during the curse of the program. Requirements: You don't need to have any previous experience. It will be nice if you have experience in any field of study, or even if you don't have a university degree. We are looking for passionate people with an owner's mentality who are not afraid to show all their skills and talent. This job might be the right one for you if you are: ⚡ Fluent English speaker and writer. ⚡ Highly adaptable and resilient. ⚡ Resourceful. ⚡ Have problem-solving and decision-making skills. What does a day of intensive training look like? ⚡ Prepare the robots and make sure they are working well before and after operations. ⚡ Do daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. ⚡ Build a launch plan and budget for each new site you're launching to operationalize a fleet of robots in a matter of weeks. ⚡ Continually innovate on launch playbooks to help scale our other cities. ⚡ Drive initial adoption of the service through launch marketing campaigns in close coordination with our partners and Central Operations team. ⚡ Be an operations point-of-contact for our partner POCs and other stakeholders for tactical actions. ⚡ Work cross-functionally with our operations, business development, and engineering tactical teams to streamline processes and tactics. ⚡ Have an owner mentality on all performance KPIs for a best-in-class robot delivery service for your site/s. The intensive training program will include the following: ⚡ Deployment and "undeployment" processes (material check). ⚡ Campus engagement activities to achieve greater brand recognition. ⚡ Accompany robots with accidents, technical problems, or stuck robots. ⚡ Accompany the restaurants before the start of each operation to ensure that the platforms and the delivered implements are working correctly. ⚡ Monitor which robots enter the operation each day: ⚡ Ensure the robot fleet is complete and in good condition, considering the campus inventory. ⚡ Check that all robots have inner bags. ⚡ Ensure that the Bots have their personalized numbering Sticker. ⚡ Ensure that Bots have Contact Stickers (state laws) and general information (no recording). ⚡ Rescue of bots if necessary. Once you finish the program and meet the minimum performance criteria, you will receive the following: ⚡ A completion certificate of the program. ⚡ A recommendation letter from Kiwibot for you to use as a reference with other companies. ⚡ Priority on our HR selection processes whenever we open new positions in the company. ⚡ Access to Platzi so you can keep developing your skills even further. ⚡ International Experience. ⚡ Being part of a Tech startup. ⚡ Learn about robotics and business. ⚡ We cover airfare, lodging, international insurance, a food bonus of 15 dollars for each day spent abroad, and a car (or uber) for each team in the field, as the program needs candidates to travel to the US frequently.
