We are a B2B product manufacturing, sales, and marketing company with multiple locations across the United States. We offer our products directly to contractors, distributors, and through e-commerce platforms. Our company is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a talented and experienced Administrative assistant to join our team and help us optimize our sales processes. ✨ Description of the role: ◽ As an administrative assistant at Onfloor Technologies, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our organization and support our executive assistant in their everyday tasks. The ideal candidate for this role is organized, detail-oriented, motivated, and has excellent communication and time management skills. ◽ While prior experience in administrative support is not required, a willingness to learn and work collaboratively is essential. ✅ Requirements: ◽ High school diploma or equivalent required. ◽ If you are a student or recent graduate in business management, industrial engineering, finance or accounting that is a definite advantage. ◽ No prior experience required. ◽ Strong verbal and written communication skills. ◽ Proficiency in spoken and written English. Level C1 or higher according to the Common European Framework. ◽ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. ◽ Strong organizational and time management skills. ◽ Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous work ethic. ◽ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ◽ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. ◽ Willingness to learn and grow within the organization. 🤩 Responsibilities: ◽ Organize, prepare and manage information to aid our executive team in their roles. ◽ Prepare reports, presentations, agreements and other official documents for the executive team. ◽ Coordinate calls between members of our different teams. ◽ Coordinate calls with partners, providers, distributors and customers as needed. ◽ Manage our executive team’s calendars. ◽ Keep an organized log of all important calls to and within the organization, and create action items from these calls to improve upon any processes. ◽ Keep track of all projects and tasks that need to get completed by the executive team. ◽ Create and maintain an agenda for all executive calls. ◽ Support the executive team in their different projects. ◽ Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. 🗺️ Location and work schedule: ◽ This is a remote full-time position based in Colombia. You will be working closely with teams across multiple locations in the United States, so the ability to work flexible hours is required. 🚨 Important: ◽ We accept applicants entering their professional internship.
