Alma is looking for an exceptional and experienced Senior Account Executive Manager to join their team. This position reports to the Director of Sales and is an exciting opportunity to contribute to their growth and success. The role involves managing a high transaction sales pipeline, leading and developing a team of account executives, implementing sales methodologies, utilizing Salesforce for sales operations and analysis, and fostering a diverse and inclusive team environment. Responsibilities: - Manage a high transaction sales pipeline for your team, ensuring consistent achievement of sales quotas - Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 9 account executives - Implement and utilize a sales methodology to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency - Utilize Salesforce to track and analyze sales data, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and identify opportunities - Collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders such as the Operations, Sales Operations, and Customer Experience teams, to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously - Provide constructive and objective feedback to individuals and the team, supporting their professional growth and enhancing overall performance - Conduct sales trainings to equip the team with the skills and knowledge necessary for success - Foster a diverse and inclusive team environment, making decisions through a lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization
