Here is an exciting opportunity with Particus. They are seeking a full-time experienced Bookeeper join in a fast past environment.
The role will principally support the Managing Partner with broader support to a global remote team in key functions including account and payroll, new hire onboarding, and administrative functions.
Essential job functions:
• Manage bookkeeping, including accounts payables and accounts receivables.
• Responsible for assisting in monthly payroll processes.
• Provide other administrative support functions as assigned.
Required skills:
• Understanding of United States accounting practices.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Strong time-management, people skills, flexibility, multitasking ability, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Must be a self-starter with a drive for success.
• Must be able to operate in an environment during a period of high-growth and frequent change.
Nice to have skills:
• Experience with managing/working in a remote environment.
• Bilingual, Spanish and English.
Schedule:
• Monday-Sunday, 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time (US & Canada).
• Full time (5 days; 40 hours).
• Overtime available; may be required as needed.
