Our dedicated team leverages the potential of key digital channels, including search marketing (SEM/SEO), social media, display advertising, and programmatic strategies, to amplify brand visibility and facilitate customer acquisition for our valued clients. We are seeking a talented Biddable Media Strategist to join our growing team. This is a rare opportunity to join a stellar team at an award-winning digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial-spirited, highly detail-oriented, and have exceptional problem-solving skills, along with prior SEM and paid social experience, preferably at an agency. Programmatic and SEO experience is a plus. We are following all CDC and state guidelines, and fully remote employees outside New York City will also be considered and are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: - Conduct SEM and paid social media inventory assessment and develop budget allocation recommendations based on client goals - Conduct social listening/audience insights analysis/insights/recommendations - Conduct keyword research - Develop and optimize text ads - Planning, implementation, execution, and evaluation of campaigns - Provide daily campaign management (Google, Facebook/IG, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) - Rebalance campaign budgets based on ad frequency and overall performance - Demonstrate value against all initiatives by providing monthly/quarterly metrics reports - Research and keep up on industry trends - Ensure that the “Sosemo Approach” is followed by the team - Work with Operations/Project Management to manage timelines and confirm that all work is delivered in a timely manner leveraging status reports, hours tracking, and project management software - Manage clients and ensure satisfaction - Assist with training and managing associates
