Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities: * Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure * Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers * Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes * Testing and examining code written by others and analyzing results * Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats * Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and ‘fixes.’ * Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development * Follows established processes and works as intended * Planning out projects and being involved in project management decisions * Organize information and multiple tasks. * Project Management experience. * Mission Driven. * Generate and effectively communicate helpful information to other teams. You should also have: * Experience starting or scaling a successful startup. * 3+ Years of proven experience working as a Software Developer in tasks that involve DevOps. * From this experience, you should at least have: * 1+ Years of proven experience leading Software projects and teams. * 1+ Years of experience working or owning startups that went MVP or further. Other requirements: * You should be able to understand and produce all written and spoken forms in English. * You should be able to understand and produce articles or reports, clear speeches, and regular meetings in Spanish (we are a Latin America startup!).
