You will lead a team of Data Scientists and collaborate with Product and Engineering Managers to improve existing products and evaluate future opportunities. Your responsibilities will include leading innovation, defining data strategy, setting priorities, facilitating collaboration, and driving the usage of advanced data-driven insights. The role requires excellent communication skills, leadership experience, and a hands-on mentality. Responsibilities: - Lead innovation within the business and define how to create additional value through the utilization of data assets and tools - Take the lead in forming a vision around the optimization and operationalization of the Marketplace Tech stack and automation - Set the right priorities for the teams, conceptualize and implement various components of the data infrastructure, processes, and models - Be the line manager of the data scientists and define ways of working with machine learning engineers - Help the team to identify, understand, structure, and solve complex problems and improve and productionize real-time data products and processes
